Echo Terms

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or playing Echo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Echo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Echo is provided by PING Game Studio. Echo's App Store web pages are hosted under taphey.app as part of the existing Taphey website.

2. Limited license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Echo for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute Echo except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

3. Accounts, sync, and leaderboard profiles

You can play Echo as a guest. Optional Sign in with Apple lets you sync progress, create a public leaderboard profile, and compete on the global leaderboard.

If you create a public profile, choose a username, avatar, optional bio, and optional profile photo that are appropriate for a general audience. Other players may see your public profile details and scores.

You are responsible for activity linked to your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You may remove your account from Echo settings or contact support for help.

4. Purchases, ads, and virtual items

Echo is free to download and play. Free players may see ads. Echo Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes ads permanently for the Apple account that purchased it.

Apple processes App Store purchases, receipts, refunds, and billing. Purchase availability and pricing may vary by region. Use Restore Purchases in Echo if you reinstall the app or move to a new device.

Echo may include in-game currency, achievements, heroes, cosmetic unlocks, scores, and progress. These are gameplay features, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, or use unauthorized automation.
• Upload or publish abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, infringing, or illegal profile content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to Echo, Taphey, Apple, or any third party.
• Interfere with the game, servers, ads, purchases, security systems, or other players' experience.
• Use Echo in violation of law or Apple's App Store terms.

We may remove content, reset leaderboard entries, suspend cloud features, or restrict access when we believe these terms are violated or when needed to protect the game and its players.

6. Legal terms

Changes and availability

Echo may change over time. Features, worlds, heroes, ads, leaderboard availability, cloud sync, pricing, and support options may be updated, paused, or discontinued.

Disclaimer

Echo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PING Game Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from Echo.
